Call Intercepting

If a call comes to your colleague who cannot answer, you are able to intercept this call. To do so on your IP-phone or softphone, type:

* 63 - to intercept any call in your department. If there are several calls, you will intercept an occasional call. It is convenient if the company or department has a few employees in case a department receives several simultaneous calls.

* 6 (short number) - to intercept a call that is received by a specific employee with the short number. For example, a call arrives to an employee with an extension number 701. If the employee is not in place, call 6701 to you intercept the call of this employee.
